From The Old Saybrook Area: Take I-95 North to Exit 74 – Route 161 Niantic, and follow Exit 74 directions below.

From The Norwich Area: Take I-395 South to I-95 South. Take Exit 74 – Route 161 Niantic, and turn right at the end of the ramp onto Route 161. Follow Route 161 for 3 miles to Route 156. Turn left onto Route 156, which will become Rope Ferry Road. Go 1.4 miles; Bayview Health Care is on the left at 301 Rope Ferry Road.
